Installing WordPress
1.First Go to phpMyAdmin
Use Root as the user and blank as the password (unless you have your own password)
This is what it should be when you log in

2.Now you create the database

3.After that you go to User Accounts and go to new to make a new user account
4. Fill out the information like what I have done below


5. Now go to C:/wamp/www and copy our documents into the server
6. Now go to http://localhost/wordpress/wp-admin/setup-config.php on your browser then click on let’s go

7. Fill out the information down below

Now that you successfully installed wordpress on your pc 
8. Now go to your WordPress web page after logging in and you have WordPress on your PC

What is WordPress Core, Themes and Plugins?
WordPress Core is a bunch of files which becomes the admin interface.Core files make up the appearance and functionality of the WordPress platform, and content files are added by the user in the form of themes, plugins, and images. There is also a special file called wp-config.php that tells WordPress where to find your site’s database.

WordPress Themes can provide much more control over the look and presentation of the material on your website.

Plugins are ways to extend and add to the functionality that already exists in WordPress.

What is the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org?
With WordPress.org you are the host of your own blog or website. WordPress.org is where you’ll find the free WordPress software that you can download and install on your own web server.
WordPress.com takes care of all of the hosting for you. You don’t have to download software, pay for hosting, or manage a web server.

How often should we update Core, Themes, Plugins?
You should update your Core, Themes and Plugins all the time as it updates with new bug fixes, updates the security and makes you less hack-able.

What are best practices when updating Core?
The best way is to to backup all your contents and also a backup of just your database to your local computer in case a update fails or goes horribly wrong as you can recover from the backup.
